Abstract
[Purpose/significance]With the development of internet and big data,corporate competitive intelligence demands are characterized by complexity,dynamics and decentralization.Based on the characteristics of different online intelligence sources,targeted and comprehensive acquisition of intelligence is a prominent problem faced by current corporate intelligence work.[Method/process]This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and intelligence value of six typical network competitive intelligence sources,then builds a competitive intelligence collection and analysis model which features multi-source Internet information combination,including the process of competitive intelligence demands analysis,intelligence sources selection,data collection,data processing,integrated analysis,and information output.[Result/conclusion]Obtaining targeted intelligence based on the characteristics of different intelligence sources is the key to efficient intelligence work.The vivo enterprise is taken as the object of empirical analysis,and the feasibility of the model is verified.
