Journal of Scientific Information Research is a quarterly academic publication based in China, which is supervised by Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department and sponsored by Hunan Institute of Scientific and Technical Information. The journal adheres to the proper political direction, academic and value orientations for the main body of innovation to build information academic exchange and decision-making assistance platform.It aims to promote scientific and technological information theory research and practical application, serve national security and government decision-making as well as scientific and technological innovation, provide the scholars with a high-quality academic exchange platform.
Objectives
The magazine adheres to the appropriate orientation of public opinion and publication to publish theoretical research on science and technology information and practical application achievement. It also facilitates academic exchanges and the application of achievements, as well as serving scientific and technological innovation.

Requirements
- The journal pays excellent remuneration. We warmly welcome experts, scholars and staff in the field of information at home and abroad to contribute their research results.
- Manuscripts should be clear in their subject matter, reliable in their data, fluent in their writing, and in line with academic standards. The manuscript should be typeset in Word software, the figure should correspond to the text, and the text in the figure should be clear.
- The Editorial Office will give feedback on the review of the manuscript within 3 months after submission of the manuscript. If you don't receive the notification of the processing of the manuscript, you can contact the Editorial Office and if the revised manuscript is not returned within one month without explanation, it will be considered as an automatic withdrawal of the manuscript.
