Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Hydrogen energy is a major strategic direction for global energy transformation,and the policy layout of hydrogen energy industry has an important impact on the industrial development.[Method/process] By using the method of bibliometrics, two-dimensional classification of policy tool and industry chain and content analysis of subject words, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the time, organization and document type of China's hydrogen energy industry policy;analyzes the distribution of hydrogen energy industry policy under the two-dimensional framework of policy tool and industry chain;And discusses the main concerns of China's hydrogen energy industry policy in recent years and classification of the theme;inventory of the current situation of the policy layout of the provinces in the hydrogen energy industry.[Result/conclusion]The research results show that:China's hydrogen energy industry as a whole is in the transitional stage from the formation stage to the growth stage;the policy types are mainly supply-oriented and environment-oriented,and are oriented to the application links of the back end of the industrial chain;the policy focus on four clear themes of fuel cells, new energy vehicles,regulatory norms, and hydrogen production technology and one general theme of hydrogen energy;the policy distribution of regional hydrogen energy industry is unbalanced,and the difference between advanced and backward provinces is obvious.
