Abstract
[Purpose/significance]A book review aims to evaluate the academic contribution made by Linked Open Data Enabled Bibliographic Data (LODE-BD) 3.0 in this field so that readers can master the application skills of linked open data.[Method/process]This review expounds the compilation purpose of the application guide of linked open data,understands the practical suggestions of LODE-BD,and considers how to represent bibliographic data as linked open data,so as to help users have open access to relevant bibliographic resources and realize the interconnection of bibliographic resources.[Result/conclusion]The book is a mature operation guide on how to select appropriate coding strategies to generate bibliographic data enabled by linked open data. It has rich theoretical value,methodological guidance,and practical significance.
