Abstract
[Purpose/significance]From the perspective of digital intelligence empowerment, this paper establishes an evaluation index system of the modernization level of scientific and technological information service ability, and pushes forward the integration of scientific and technological information service with network information technology and digital intelligent technologies.[Method/process]First of all, it combs the relevant research on science and technology information service, and analyzes the concept of digital intelligence empowerment and the content of modern science and technology information service capability. Secondly, combined with the business process of scientific and technological information service under the intelligence 3.0 theory and the content of modern information service under the digital intelligence enabling, the evaluation index of the modernization level of scientific and technological information service capability is constructed. Finally, the method of the evaluation index system of the modernization level of S&T information service ability is applied empirically.[Result/conclusion]The article innovatively combines the requirements of digital intelligence technology and network security, constructs a modern scientific and technological intelligence service capability model, and applies it to the construction of an evaluation index system. However, there are issues in the article that the extraction of elements of modern service capabilities for scientific and technological intelligence is not comprehensive enough, and the excavation of the workflow of modern scientific and technological information reporting is not detailed enough. Further exploration is needed in future research.
