Abstract

[Purpose/significance] In the big data environment,competitive intelligence analysis method should keep the characteristics of the traditional intelligence analysis method,and make full use of the data value on the other hand,expand and innovate according to the data-driven research and practice environment. This paper hopes to provide enterprises with a more insightful,scientific,reasonable and universal new paradigm of competitive intelligence analysis.[Method/process]This paper summarizes the development status of competitive intelligence and big data,analyzes the influence and change of data source,data collection method,processing technology and analysis perspective of enterprise competitive intelligence in big data environment,puts forward two kinds of potential competitors identification methods in market perspective and industry perspective,and an enterprise competitive intelligence analysis framework in big data environment. [Results/conclusion]The two kinds of competitor identification methods from the perspective of market and industry have their own applicable scope.The multi-layer competitive network model reflects the characteristics of competitive intelligence analysis in the big data environment.
