Abstract

[Purpose/significance]With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of the economy，there are many types of accidents and emergencies.Information systems can play an important role in the early warning and handling of accidents.[Method/process]We take the "Eastern Star" shipwreck accident，the Tianjin Port explosion accident and the Wenzhou high-speed train accident as examples，discusse the role of the intelligence system in the early warning，handling and rehabilitation of accidents，and give some suggestions.[Result/conclusion]The efficient intelligence systems can effectively improve the capabilities of early warning，response and disposal of accidents and disasters.
