Abstract

[Purpose/significance]“Internet plus government services”is the key to the service oriented government and digital governance.A comprehensive summary of the current situation will be helpful to further promote the implementation of “Internet plus government services”.[Method/process]This research summarizes the issues of“Internet plus government services”in China through investigation and continuous observation，puts forward feasible countermeasures based on the experience of foreign countries.[Result/conclusion]This study summarize that the current “Internet plus government services”have issues of uncoordinated promotion，insufficient legislation mechanism，aggravating serious ‘information island’，poor big data capacity，unclear performance monitoring bodies，lack of services for small and micro enterprises.Based on the successful experience of other countries，this study proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions with considering of the actual situation of China，hoping to provide references for the further promotion of “Internet plus government services”.
