Abstract
[Purpose/significance]In the face of fierce international competition and future innovation and development,we need to face up to the development status of China's science and technology innovation think tanks,deeply summarize and analyze the existing problems,objectively understand the significance of science and technology innovation think tanks to the development of national science and technology innovation,further improve the indispensable role of science and technology innovation think tanks in national science and technology development and science and technology decision-making,and clarify some important issues that need to be solved in the future development of China's science and technology innovation think tanks in terms of policy.[Method/process]This paper analyzes the national science and technology innovation strategy and its demand for science and technology innovation think tank,summarizes the main experience of foreign science and technology innovation think tank construction,and analyzes the development status and problems of science and technology innovation think tank in China.Finally,it puts forward the policy suggestions for the construction of science and technology innovation think tank in China.[Result/conclusion]The policy suggestions in this paper include:attach great importance to the important strategic role of science and technology innovation think tanks;continuously optimize the system design of the construction of science and technology innovation think tanks;accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements into think tanks;vigorously promote the quantity and quality of science and technology innovation think tanks;effectively realize the docking of science and technology innovation research and policy;and actively create good development environment of science and technology innovation think tanks.
