Abstract
[Purpose/significance]From the perspective of informatics,analyze the theoretical roots of data journa-lism and the formation and succession mechanism of information chain,demonstrate its operation and value,promote the theoretical construction of data journalism, and provide empirical analysis for the theory of information ecological chain.[Method/process]Based on the theory of information ecological chain,analyze the formation and succession of the data news information ecological chain from four aspects:information subject, information ontology,relationship between information subjects,and information environment,and construct a data news information ecological chain operating mechanism model,Discuss the value of data news information ecological chain operation.[Result/conclusion]The operation of the data news information ecological chain promotes the upgrading of its main body,expands the original data news information ecological chain,and promotes the succession of the data news information ecological chain.
