Abstract
[Purpose/significance]With the development of science and technology,it is extremely necessary and technically feasible to build a resource management system of big data in science and technology to meet the needs of science and technology management environment and application.[Method/process]On the basis of expounding the collection and source of scientific and technological big data,this paper studies the processing standard of scientific and technological big data resources,the integration and in-depth indexing of scientific and technological achievement data resources,and the disclosure and integration of the knowledge relationship of scientific and technological big data resources.On this basis,this paper explores the resource integration and processing system,and construct resource platform of big data in science and technology,and introduces the platform's architecture and structure.[Result/conclusion]The resource platform of big data in science and technology will support application requirements such as technology opportunity analysis,technology prediction,technology trend description and technology monitoring.
