Abstract

[Purpose/significance]Unmanned swarm equipment and technology have become the focus of military intelligence research domestically and abroad in recent years. In order to have a comprehensive mastery of the research situation and trend of unmanned swarm technology.[Method/process]Patents on unmanned swarm are analyzed with tools such as Patsnap database,Innography.The current situation,trend,and research focus of unmanned swarm technology are summarized from the aspects of overall patent situation,patent layout and technical theme.[Result/conclusion]Unmanned swarm technology in China has developed rapidly in the context of market boost and policy support.The number of patent applications and licensing booming in recent years.Colleges and universities have become the main force of related technological innovation activities and patent applications in China,but there are also problems such as concentrated patent layout and insufficient patent protection.While strengthening the research and development of the core technologies of unmanned swarm technology,China should strengthen the cooperation between industry,university and research,promote the technology transformation, and organize the research on patent protection strategy, scientifically plan the development path and application scenarios of relevant technologies.
