Abstract

[Purpose/significance]The research provides dataset for studies in analyzing Shanghai High-tech Enterprises operation pattern and interaction modes with other important economic actions.[Method/process] The collection of the data was focused on the aspects of industrial and commercial registration,investments, holding companies,software copyrights,patents,juridical documents,abnormal operations,administrative penalty, financing,competitive products and news for the fields of enterprise R&D,risk and investment.The dataset has a total of 1.65 million items.[Result/conclusion]The dataset can provide data support for analyzing the operation development,R&D trends and business risk of Shanghai High-tech Enterprises.
