Abstract
[Purpose/significance]The dataset can provide more detailed data resources for understanding the Employment Characteristics,Employment Demand,Talent Reserve,Employment Pressure and so on,since the 2016 US presidential election.[Method/process]The dataset of USA Journalism Jobs（2016—2021）was collected by the self-developed crawler system.26 482 records had been collected,and the structured storage of the core features including Name,Description,Job Status,Salary,Specialty, Location,Industry,Company Name, Company Website and so on in the recruitment data was completed.[Result/conclusion]Finally,we have built a stable and continuously updated data acquisition and editing strategy to form a high-quality thematic data resource.
