Abstract

[Purpose/significance]Stresses that theory and method research in due diligence is very important for eliminating barriers between information and intelligence.[Method/process]Using method of literature research and case study, presentated barriers between information and intelligence,base on case studies, studies the mechanism and function for due diligence in eliminating barriers between information and intelligence.[Result/conclusion]Theory and method research on due diligence in science and technology information work and services will made great achievements in new period.
