Abstract

[Purpose/significance]The popularity of the Internet provides convenience for users to express their opinions on the OTA platforms,and accurately mining of user comments is beneficial to understand the perception image of tourists of tourist destinations.[Method/process]The red tourist reviews on OTA platforms such as Tongcheng Travel were used as the data source,combined with aspect-level sentiment analysis and word frequency analysis to analyze the red tourist reviews of A province in our country.[Result/conclusion]The analysis results showed that:on the whole,tourists have a positive emotional attitude towards the red tourist attractions in the province,and the corresponding aspects include scenic tour guides,services,and scenery; the negative emotional attitudes mainly include ticket prices,scenic spot management,and traffic flow.At the same time,in order to further enhance the positive emotional attitude of tourists and optimize the image of the scenic spot,suggestions for improvement are put forward for the deficiencies of the red tourist attractions in the province.
